Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned participant, voluntarily agree to participate in airsoft activities at Action Airsoft Club Inc. ("the Facility"). I acknowledge that airsoft involves inherent risks including but not limited to: bruising, welts, eye injury, and other physical harm.

Assumption of Risk

I understand and accept that participation in airsoft activities carries risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including risks not specifically identified herein.

Release and Waiver

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Action Airsoft Club Inc., its owners, operators, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me during my participation.

Rules and Safety

I agree to follow all facility rules, wear required protective equipment (including full-seal eye protection) at all times during gameplay, and follow the instructions of facility staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Medical

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.

Property

I understand that Action Airsoft Club Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
