Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unused condition with receipt. Opened or used items cannot be returned.

We are happy to exchange defective items within 14 days of purchase. Please bring the item and your receipt to our store.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

BBs, gas, batteries, and other consumable items are non-returnable. Custom work and tech services are non-refundable.
